The owners of this converted former bakery approached us to handle their sale after they purchased the apartment we auctioned for the TV program The Block. After running a targeted marketing campaign, the estimated price range was a little over $3 million. Around 140 people turned out for the auction which was contested by multiple bidders. The winning bidder was in fact the executive producer of The Block whose winning bid was $3,705,000. Needless to say, our vendor was very, very happy with the outcome.
